This season started on my advance management course. my teacher is again a german.
Seems to always meet with germans... Well, he is a nice teacher, very strong in his views.. sometimes realised it is really different in terms of culture. At my age, they are already married with kids and had already traveled to many countries and seen many things.... sometimes how i wish i could do that, going around exploring... :D

My beautiful ah ma....
Today i went for Pastor Lia's mum, Pastor ma's (that is what people usually call her) crematory service, this is the first time i attended a Christian crematory session. It felt so different from the past that I've been to. I could felt God's presence and comfort at the moment when the pastor prayed and during worship to God.
God is really amazing, He has once again show His faithfulness at the very last end of ah ma's life, bringing impact to every single one who was there.
Pastor ma, 75 this year, finally went back to heaven on last Saturday at 1028pm. In her whole life time, she really impacted many people's life. Despite knowing God only when she's 40 years old. Being illiterate, she strive to know God's word, and she love it even till the very end. She could memorize many verses from the bible, by sheer determination and diligence, she would draw images on the side in order to remember the individual word. And her love for others, she always carry a heart for her friends and people she sees, like an auntie sweeping floor, she would try her best to bring them to church, wanting them to experience the love of God.
I will never forget how many a times i was encouraged by her strong faith and joy, especially during the times, a few years back, where she found out she had contracted lung cancer. Still she put her faith and trust in God. During the period of going through chemotherapy, she would pray and worship God with much faith. And how God would show her visions after visions, of angels, giving her much comfort, really inspires many people.
This really reassured me much, that our God knowing us, never fail to touch us via different means.
And indeed God is faithful, she was healed and even glorified God's name during her therapy sessions. Where she may be at her old age, she is strong in her spirit, she had undergo 2 therapy sessions where people who are much younger were unable to take it. And she would always smile with light beaming from her eyes, telling the doctor: 感 谢 主! ("All glory goes to God!")
She could memorize the whole of Mark from chapter 16-15:19 >>
15 耶 稣 对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 往 普 天 下 去 ， 传 福 音 给 万 民 听 。
16 信 而 受 洗 的 ， 必 然 得 救 ； 不 信 的 ， 必 被 定 罪 。
17 信 的 人 必 有 神 迹 随 着 他 们 ， 就 是 奉 我 的 名 赶 鬼 ； 说 新 方 言 ；
18 手 能 拿 蛇 ； 若 喝 了 甚 麽 毒 物 ， 也 必 不 受 害 ； 手 按 病 人 ， 病 人 就 必 好 了 。
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
When i look at her life, it is so clear that God is real, and God is a loving God. The bible says clearly, we can lose everything we have in life, but the word of God will be in our heart. Even though, due to the effects of chemotherapy, Ah ma slowly loses her memory, she could not remember me clearly, but when we recite the verse to her, she could still remember word by word, following them closely!

4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeding out of the mouth of God.
i believe i will be able to see ah ma again, but before that.. i will miss her... Thank you for teaching me how to love...
